4. Saltuary

You might be stressed beyond belief, or you may have just decided to treat yo’ self. Either way, Saltuary has you covered. A cross between an organic health food store, alternative medicine one-stop-shop, and relaxing indulgence this Five Dock gem is there for you. Run by locals Tiina and James Hogg, this place boasts one of the few truly excellent salt rooms in Sydney.

3. Expose your tastebuds to Bamiyan

Nestled in little Italy, you wouldn’t the be the only one to be surprised at finding an award-winning, highly recommended Afghan restaurant, Bamiyan.

A vibrantly coloured cuisine jumps off the table and captivates the tastebuds. Grilled meats served with delicately spiced chutney, balanced by fresh yogurt sauce with mint… the perfect dishes to fill a hungry belly

2. Cremeria de Luca

If you have a sweet tooth, look no further than Cremeria de Luca. Dubbed the home of the Gelato Burger, this place is the creme de la creme of dessert bars. The de Luca’s have been refining their ice cream making into an artform for nearly 80 years and they brought their creamy, rich recipes to Five Dock back in 2013 – just for you.
